By using Nunarara Digital Solution and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. Please read before completing payment.

1. Digital products

We sell digital products (files/content that can be downloaded or delivered electronically). After payment is successfully verified, the product is automatically sent to the email address you enter at checkout.

2. Payment

Payment is processed through a QRIS payment gateway. You are directed to a payment page operated by a third party. The total charged may include admin fees displayed on the checkout page. QR codes have expiration times; if expired, create a new payment from the product page.

3. Email & buyer responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the email address is correct and accessible. The product is sent to that email. Also check your Spam/Promotions folder. Email typos may delay or prevent product delivery.

4. Product use

Products are for personal use by the buyer in a reasonable manner. Redistribution, resale, or misuse of assets without written permission is prohibited.

5. Non-refundable

Because it is digital and delivered electronically after payment verification, purchases are final and non-refundable on the basis of change of mind, unmet expectations after file receipt, or similar reasons.

If payment succeeds but the product does not arrive / file cannot be opened due to suspected technical issues on our side, contact support@nunarara.com with your checkout email, product name, and proof of payment — we will review order logs to assist.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the service running, but occasional technical disruptions, gateway delays, or emails landing in spam may occur. Contact support@nunarara.com if issues arise after successful payment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always shown on this page with an update date.
